Mindfulness Training in Thames

MindfulPath is a not-for-profit organisation that has offered mindfulness classes in Thames since 2023. You can find out more about MindfulPath at www.mindfulpath.co.nz

MindfulPath runs a 6 week Introduction to Mindfulness course, 2hr Taster Sessions (free of charge) and half-day Workshops, depending on demand.

The 6 week course has a 2 hour per week format and is a non-religious practical skill-based workshop programme.

It combines information and resources from the most recent research in brain science, psychology and the social sciences.

It introduces simple daily meditation techniques and guided practices in a supportive group setting, that trains participants in the regulation of attention and builds a routine of individual practice.
